Terms and conditions
Company details, regulatory information and actual operations still need verification. This draft requires completion and legal review before it can be used as a contract or final policy.
1. Status and scope
These draft website terms are for review. They are not a customer agreement, payment services contract or offer of an active regulated service. The terms, contracting entity and effective date still need to be confirmed.
2. Contracting entity and contact
Single Control AB is based at Kungsholmstorg 5, Stockholm, Sweden. Registration number: [To be confirmed]. VAT details and the contracting entity for each service remain to be completed before these terms take effect. Contact hello@singlecontrol.com with questions.
3. Website information
The website describes services for business customers. Features, markets, currencies, prices and delivery dates require separate confirmation. The content is general information, not individual legal, tax or investment advice. It does not establish that Single Control holds an authorisation, membership or certification.
4. Access to services
No services are available today. Sending an enquiry does not mean that you have been accepted as a customer. A service relationship requires due diligence and agreement on its scope, responsibilities and terms.
5. Proposed B2B agreement structure
The agreement package should define the services, prices, responsibilities, service levels and security requirements. It should include a master agreement, a data processing agreement where required, and an exit and migration plan. Separate end-user and regulated payment terms may also be needed. The parties must agree which document takes precedence if terms conflict.
6. Proposed customer responsibilities
Customers should keep information accurate, protect credentials and use services only for agreed purposes. The responsibility matrix must identify who handles support, data collection, controls and end-user information. The regulated entity retains its statutory obligations.
7. Fees and changes
Pricing examples are not quotations. The agreement must specify implementation charges, minimums, usage fees, external costs and any review charges. The pricing schedule should state currencies, taxes, payment terms and how prices may change.
8. Security and permitted use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the website, distribute malicious code or misuse its content. Report security concerns to hello@singlecontrol.com. Ask for a secure channel before sharing sensitive details.
9. Intellectual property
Rights to the content, code, design and brand assets still need to be confirmed. Using the website does not transfer intellectual property rights. Third-party materials remain the property of their rights holders.
10. Liability, interruptions and termination
Service terms must address interruptions, incidents, remedies, liability limits and termination. They must also cover remaining balances and data migration. These terms are not yet agreed. General website terms cannot exclude mandatory law or duties to payment service users.
11. Governing law and disputes
The contracting entity, customer type and service determine which governing law and dispute arrangements are appropriate. This draft does not select a jurisdiction or external dispute resolution route.
12. Version and enquiries
Draft revised 8 September 2026. Send questions or corrections to hello@singlecontrol.com. Final terms need an effective date and an approved process for notifying material changes.
